"They did a terrific job from start to finish!  The service "All Phases Contracting" performed was impeccable!  Again  from start to finish! Tom and his son came to my home to go over all the details of the project. They were there for an hour, explaining in detail all aspects of the project as well as answering all of my questions. I felt confident in moving forward with "All Phases Contracting" leading the way!
Tom even met me one weekday evening at Lowes to help  me in purchasing specific items for the project. I have never tackled a home improvement project of this magnatude before. Tom, as well as his son, were a big help in guiding me in the right direction!
The project started as promised on time. Now, I must tell you, this is my one and ONLY bathroom!! Tom and his crew did a terrific job in keeping me going....literally, through out this project! On the first day,after the bathroom was gutted down to the studs, they put the old toilet back on! Completley functional!  They continued to do this until the new toilet was installed!  Tom had the entire crew there so I wouldn't have too much down time and so they could complete the main part of the project in the 4 day time window that Tom origianally promised.  All told, the project took 8 days.   
Bottom line, this bathroom of mine is beautiful! I can't believe my old 1955 bathroom is now transformed, thanks to "All Phases Contracting", into an amazing 21st Century bathroom!!  
Tom and his crew were at the house when promised and always put down protective, heavy duty drop clothes to protect my wood flooring. At the end of the day, they vacumed up whatever was left behind, as well as taking away  any trash.
I would, without a doubt use "All Phases Contracting" again in a heart beat!  Thank you Tom and Crew!

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"I hired Luzerne Renovations to replace old wood paneling walls and an old drop in grid style ceiling with drywall. A ceiling light/fan was also installed. I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! "I hired Elevate Property Care to renovate my main floor bathroom. He handled the full demo and rebuild, including tiling the shower with a matching pattern, installing a new jetted tub and vanity, and building a half wall to create more space. He also painted and put in a new tile floor. The work was solid, and the finished bathroom looks clean and well put together. Everything was done professionally and within a reasonable timeframe."

"The window replacement was easy and went as expected. I had the proper size window replacement and they put it in. Installing the ceiling fan was another story. They ran the wire from the wall switch (which was a problem before they came) to the new ceiling housing they installed. They replaced the wall switch but the fan still wouldn't work. I returned it to the store and got a replacement fan. It still didn't work. I called my electrician the next day and he said the neutral wasn't connected. He replaced a socket behind the bed, hooked up the neutral wire and now the fan works."
