"I hired Diego of Upper Level Construction, Inc. to do the work of totally replacing the 2 roofs of my house. While some other potential contractors were only content with a satellite image of the roof I chose Diego because of his 'Boots on the roof approach': He deftly set up a ladder and walked all over the roof taking pictures, which helped me to appreciate just what was needed. He also had a good look at the plywood underlayer in the attic. It turned out that a part of the lower roof needed to be raised to have an adequate slope-none of this could have been seen from just a'skyview.' The existing very old triple layer of shingles and asphalt layer were removed and replaced by an all new underlayer and attractive shingles by the work team-all in one day. On the way they took care of unexpected minor issues such as reconnecting air exhaust vents and repairing gutter leads at no charge. I was very pleased with the work that was done, both terms of its quality and its fair cost."

"After receiving storm damage in April 2024, I submitted a claim to my Home Insurance Company and gave Dale from Roof Brothers the claim number. Dale provided a repair estimate to the Insurance Company and even met the adjuster when he came to do the appraisal. The Insurance Company said repairs could be done for under $900. Dale convinced my Insurance Company that was not the case. I would not have known how to convince the Insurance Company to pay for a complete new roof. "They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."
