Roberto, Isa & co. are true masters of their trade, and it REALLY helps that they can handle everything themselves instead of hiring out specialists which takes more time & money. Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

"We were impressed with Prosper construction from the start. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and as that project progressed we added on it. I can not express enough how wonderful the crew was. David, the project manager was very professional and kept his word through the whole project. The crew on site were always on time. The job was beautifully done; and we are currently working with them on a full master bedroom remodel! "This project was for remodeling 3 bathrooms and a total kitchen remodel. The construction workers were very skilled. They were very good about listening to our suggestions along the way. I would suggest that the construction foreman be present along with the salesman when the project is estimated so that technical issues and be better clarified. For example, we removed carpet and installed DVT vinyl flooring which resulted in different leveling issues. These issues could have been resolved early on rather than brainstorming solutions with the workers at the ends. The project was done on time as scheduled even though we added some changes along the way. The electrical subcontractor should have clarified options for wiring for the kitchen better. The only negative comment I can make is that we thought the cost was a little high, however the quality was very good. The final project is beautiful."

"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. The guys were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. Both repair teams also did their own additional checks of the surrounding areas, also greatly appreciated. They were also able to provide before and after pictures, and were respectful of the property."

"The owner is very nice and accommodating to any issues that may arise. Some of his workers were not good at paying attention to detail with painting. He has told us he fired them and brought in someone new. Good replacement yet noticed areas downstairs that I need to touch up that were not coated properly. Definitely less expensive than other quotes I received. Thank for the hard work."
