They answered the phone over the weekend and set us up fIrit thing on Monday. Our tech was Phillip, who was fantastic. He showed us the broken parts and described options to fix them. Phillip encourages us to stay and watch his work so we could ask questions and he could show us how to do regular maintenance. We were extremely pleased with the work and can wholeheartedly recommend the company."

The installer cursed me out for a mistake on the order that he made and then they never contacted me. The owner has cashed the checks and I sent confirmation of the deposited checks. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and patient he is, and that he was willing to walk me through the steps to get the shuttle back on track so the door opened and shut, without slamming into the motor, determine the door sensors weren’t aligned so the door wouldn’t shut, and told me how to hold down the wall button to bypass the sensor control so I could manage until I I could realign them. YAY! I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for his generosity."
