He explained the differences in carpet construction and materials and left some samples so that I could see them in different lighting and times of the day to help my decision-making. Once the decision was made, he quoted a reasonable price, including pad and installation. From the time I ordered, it took the 2-3 weeks for delivery, as predicted. Installers arrived promptly and completed the job perfectly. Phone calls to the office were answered by a real person (!) and all inquiries were answered. The floors look and feel great!"

The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. I won't make that mistake again-- I'll hold out for a date when Canin is available!"

I still don't know when they will be finished. We have been living out of our master bedroom... What a horror. We picked them based on Angie's list preferred providers and past reviews."
