They were professional, thorough and reasonably priced....most of all they provided a solution for a clogged, compromised sewer pipe that otherwise could have been disastrous. My recently purchased house was built in 1968 and soon after moving in, the drain kept clogging. After jetting the line and an initial de-scaling/cleaning attempt, the video that was taken revealed that my sewer pipe under my slab was severely compromised, fractured and with holes in multiple spots. Other tradespeople I spoke with said that my floor and slab would need to be cut open to dig out the old sewer pipe and replace it with PVC---an ENORMOUS expense and undertaking.I am so glad I called Jax Hydro-Jetters. They were able to re-line the existing sewer pipe with a strong, durable coating without disrupting my home. Problem solved. I can't tell you the peace of mind they brought to me and my husband. "It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. "We had toilets both stopped up on a Sunday. We called Service Plumbing and the technician came same day! I was very happy. I have a 6 person family household. The technician called and let us know that he was on his way. He was punctu. He came out and assessed our clog, found the problem, and unclogged our drains from the outside. Not only did he do that VERY QUICKLY, he checked our septic tank and SHOWED us where the whole problem was. He could've unclogged the drains, collected, and left. But he knew that we needed more than just to bust a clog.. Not on the technician, but management was professional as well. I strongly recommend. This is an honest company with great prices. Call around and find out for yourself. But don't say I didn't tell you so."
