"This company is excellent.  We had a very bad experience with another provider so were really tight on time to do the job we wanted done before our family arrived for Easter.  We went to Micael's store and as they did not carry the tile we wanted they sent us to Proline Tile in Crystal River, with whom they have an account.  We found our tile and contacted Michael's to do the job.  They scheduled for Jimmie to come out quickly and measure up and he said he could do the work in a week and a half's time which was great for our time schedule.  The tiler (Sam who works with Jeff Stearns team) arrived on the Monday morning and began installing the tile and completed both the bedroom and lanai by the Friday evening.  He worked very hard all week and was meticulous with the finish.  He is awesome with his work and the job he did is so professional.  The following Monday we had the carpet fitted and the guys who came to do that also did a fantastic job.  They were neat and even though we had a seam in the carpet you cannot see it.  The whole job is finished to a wonderful standard and looks amazing so whenever we need carpet or tile again, we will go straight to Michael's. <br />"

"All of the carpet cleanings I've had these guys do have been of the same quality that I've come to expect from them. They are always very punctual and thorough. If they see a spot that might need a little extra attention, they give it. They are incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. I called on Tuesday of this week to see if I could get the carpets cleaned some time this week and they fit me in 3 hours later that day.
