Fantastic4blinds responded almost immediately, - and suggested he could come to the house - the following day (Sunday!) and fix it for the price of a service call. I was amazed! So after almost 2 months of having no shade in the bedroom window, - within 1/2 an hour - it was up and working! The young man who came said many people have this problem with the new hurricane windows, - it just doesn't occur to people that these windows frames - stick out. The young man - came on time, and was polite and just wonderful! I'm so very happy - and would highly recommend this company."
