"Kevin repaired a leak in my roof. It was done completely and I was satisfied with the work done. I would recommend him."

"We had a flat roof that was leaking very badly and we could not use the patio. So we had the roof replaced and the patio enclosed with acrylic windows. Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. They suggested the acrylic windows and I am so happy we can now use the patio as an additional living space."

"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"Mario and his team worked quickly to repair my home and make it look fantastic! Completely transformed the exterior of my house by replacing rotting wood, fixing stucco work, and painting."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"The quality of work is good, but they took a drawer of mine they were supposed to repair, but are refusing to return it. This has been going on for months now, and I have texts saying they do have it. They are not answering my calls, or replying my texts anymore."

"Work was done quickly and with the highest quality and craftsmanship. I would recommend this contractor to others."

"Maintenance Made Simple was a joy to hire. They were very responsive to back and forth texts and emails and worked with us to find the right time for the work to be performed. The work was done and we are very happy with the outcome. I would recommend their services to anyone needing similar work."

"hired Master Painting and Remodeling to paint the exterior of my house. I initially hired Master Painting because their price was the lowest of several competing bids, and I hoped that they would do a fair to good job. What I received was far beyond my expectations. The crew was on time and hard at work each morning, and they often worked well into the evening. They did an excellent job painting, and now my house looks brand new again. I can't say enough about them. I received quality, professional service and great value for the money I spent. I would hire them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior painting and repairs"

"Bought a place that needed a lot more work than we thought. Called a few handymen but decided on Handyman Services by TCS because they could do all of the work so we wouldn't need to get a lot of high priced specialists - plumber, electrician... On the first day, he wasn't able to make it so we rescheduled for the next day. He arrived, completed the work and called to keep us in the loop. The first project took almost two days and a week later we called him to do another project. I was traveling and my fiancé was at work so he did a good job updating us - phone calls and pictures so we knew how he was progressing.
