"He called me back right away, same day he came and looked at it. He told me that it was an older concrete roof tile that had been discontinued, but thought he had some in his warehouse. He called me back later that day; he'd located enough to repair my roof. Because it was a small job, they couldn't guarantee the day they'd be able to get here, but it would be within a week. Day 3, he and a few helpers showed up, fixed the problem areas and then came into the yard and cleaned up the broken tiles that were scattered on the ground. They were in and out in about two hours.
