"We recently had our deck redone by SB General Construction. We are blown away by the final product, which exceeded our expectations. Sokol, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He provided daily updates, was on site daily, had great recommendations, and always responded promptly to our texts or calls. His entire team was professional, respectful, and hard working. He completed the entire job, which included replacing our wooden deck and stairs with trex, adding a roof over the deck which includes a fan, recessed lighting, heaters, and a tv, in 7 days. This was slightly ahead of schedule. Sokol and his team even worked on Saturday and Sunday. We would highly recommend them for any project and we have already hired them for another."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with.
