"I bought a big deal for this service. In the end it turned out fairly well.  There was a long time lag between the time I remitted my $19 for the special and the time that I was able to get out here.  So they didn't come right away; it was very long.  Then when they did come the owner of the company came with a man he had in training and they looked at the refer and they concluded that it needed a new control panel.  They said that the parts on the thing has gone sky high...it's going to be $386 or something.  I said that I've had it for some time pro-rated it won't be terrible so I said "Alright."  So they came back and they sent the technician back to replace about a week or so later.  I knew that it will only take about five minutes to replace it because both placed the compartment for the control panel on top of the refrigerator so it was the easiest thing in the world to replace.  It took him less than fifteen minutes in and out so it was fine for a little while and then it started not functioning properly again about four or five days.  I called them back and so they sent the technician back out again and he determined that there was some little thing he neglected to do so he made some adjustments.  Then it seemed to work fine for awhile; it was working alright but it was starting to...it was erratic.  So I called them back, he came out  and he determined that it was the fan that has gone out.  He replaced that and didn't charge me for labor because I already paid about $175 labor.  They got that part fixed.  Now, it seems like it is functioning well.  It took them a long time to get really operating right.  I wouldn't use them again.  There were two terrible things (1) they had a nice form like a work order form and it had a place for all kinds of particulars in it but they just don't bother to fill those out like the model no. of the refrigerator (2) I would call them I would get his voice mail, leave a message, wait for a week and receive no answer.  Then I would call them again and wait for a week and get no answer.  Then finally I would call and actually get a voice and he would be extremely apologetic.  That's no way to run a business."

"Mateo and his team are an amazing team!!! Only two people installing a wall oven over 2,000 pounds! I was shocked myself but to see them work together was amazing, very fast workers they know what theyâ re doing. My wall oven was damaged Iâ ve waited over 1 year to have this installed! And when the oven was here no one around this area would be able to do the installation!!!!!!! I called 3 companies and Best Buy themselves wouldnâ t even find someone to install it after me paying a lot of money to have this done! Mateo came like a blessing!!! He is a 3rd party installer for these big companies ! So he knows the ins and outs of the jobs. Even help me get my warranty set up without having to pay someone else ! Literally I paid around $150 to get a 10 year life warrantyâ ¦ I mean I had paid $300 with geek squat and home depot as well to get only a 2 year warrantyâ ¦. This doesnâ t make since! Mateo will help you fill your paper work out for you(Iâ m sure he charges extra ) but he didnâ t ask me anything for this!!! Iâ m sure it was my frustrated face that told him I had been waiting for someone for more than 4 months to install this so I just went an gave him an extra bonus for his amazing attitude a motivation to help you!!! â ¤ï¸ â ¤ï¸ I love you guys thank you soooo much for this I will be definitely calling you guys back ð ð ð ð ð ð"

"All work that was under contract was done. If the service provider was unable to fix the appliance, Choice Home Warranty replaced it. Everything went well and I am very pleased with my warranty company. I have and will continue to refer to refer people to Home Choice Warranty."

"I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided.  Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good.  I was always glad that I had that coverage.  They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and  check my dryer.  When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators.  I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink.  I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of.  So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company.  But they always do an excellent job.  I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them.  For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A.  I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
