Bill and his wife came to the house, measured the door and frame, went to the hardware store, purchased a new door/frame combo, and were finished in about 3.5 hours. This includes having to go back to the store and replacing the brand new door/frame because of damage on the corner to the first one. Despite the extra gas and trouble returning the new door/frame kit for another one, they remained very friendly and positive. In addition to the work performed, I learned some great landlord tips!
