"The work that was done was done very well. However, there were patches that had not been filled with sod. About a 1/3 of the way along the side of the garage, it just stopped - nothing. After having a new patio put in, no sod was placed between the patio and fence. When we called to complain, they came out and covered those areas with pine straw. No attention to detail, very disappointed. The workmen were all very nice."

"I paid them $1000 to replace pipes under the house which they said were old and needed upgrading. I guess they acted like they fixed it. The next time I called them for a clogged shower drain he said he wouldn't charge me becuase he admitted to me they took my $1000 and didn't fix my pipes and I guess he felt guilty. One time they installed a new toilet and said "uh that'll be $400." And they sounded surprised when I was like ok. They knew that was ridiculously high but could get away with it because I was a young female and didn't know any better. I gave this exact same review on nextdoor.com. The owner called me and listened to my story. She looked up the service invoices and saw the invoices for this "work". She asked how she could make it right and apologized for my experience. She said she'd get back to me and refund me anything that I overpaid. Instead of doing that, she reported my bad review on nextdoor and got it taken down. So that's how they deal with bad service."

"Used a commercial cable to unblock my tub's drainage problem because the residential cable didn't do the job. I've since learned from two other plumbers that it is common practice to NEVER use a commercial cable on a residence. They broke a T joint in the process. They could not repair. After they gave up they charged me $375 (in addition to the $100 I paid just to co.e out). Yes, they wanted to pay them for breaking the joint. When I refused to pay the supervisor called me looking for the money, trying to justify that they didn't break it on purpose. I never paid, of course, but when I asked for my $100 back and told her (supervisor) that they had to repair or pay for the repair she laughed. BEWARE!"

"The 2 workers who installed the drainage system should be paid well since they did the entire project in the heat using shovels. No problem there. The problem comes with lack of follow up in gutter work. A contractor was sent and an astronomical bid was given. I called Mr Mike and received no return call and am expecting none. He was to also tamp down the dirt mound and replace sod after a six week period much like another person and I haven’t heard anything and again don’t expect to. Sad."
