Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. "I had seen evidence of rodents in my basement although I had not seen any actual rodents. Calvin came to my house and showed me all of the evidence that indicated I did have a rodent infestation. He pointed out all of the entrance points in my 100 year old home. He suggested the full rodent exclusion package. Although I was immediately faced with "sticker shock" I decided to go along with the plan. The plan included a full house (roof to ground) process where all holes/cracks etc were detected ,repaired and sealed. I would suggest that anyone considering having this done should watch the video to understand the full extent of this process--- i had no idea. The company is very efficient and professional in sending reminder emails/pics of people who come into your home/ and showing up on time. They sent out an initial crew of 5-6 people who were here about 4 hours. They cleaned up everything upon leaving. They made an appointment to come back in 5-7 days for trap checks and this continues until no rodents are found. They guarantee the service for a full year and they will renew the contract for a minimal fee. I would particularly like to compliment the guys who came into my home- Calvin (sales & eduator), Will (exclusion tech), Jerry (wildlife specialist and trap checker) and all of the people on the exclusion crew,and in the office. Everyone I dealt with from this company was first class and I am definitely considering using them for other projects including insulation and waterproofing in the future."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."
