"Douglass construction repaired issues on the roof that had been there since the house was built and had over the years been the cause of other issues that made it necessary to replace parts of the roof and decking before reshingling could be completed. The job was done in a professional manner and work was done in a very timely manner. There were 2 delays that were out of the control of the construction company. I had picked a shingle that wasn't carried in stock so there was a wait for special order and then the last skid when opened were defective so had to be returned and took 3 days to have them reshipped to finish the job.
