"Billy and his workers are courteous and kind. They worked several days and did much needed repairs to my 74 year old house. They replaced supporting beams under my house, pressure washed my deck, carport, walks, and painted the deck. Billy came back today and did "finishing" work on wood lattice surround on the deck at no charge. The kind of people I would welcome into my home! I fed them lunch on the days they were here working and sent Billy home today with some fresh picked blueberries. Amazing work for a fair price."

He assembled my new dresser, he changed toilet seats, changed the kitchen continuous garbage disposal plus changed the electric outlet and box under the sink and replaced the whole toilet valves kit in the guest bathroom. He works on anything that needs to be repaired, replaced or fixed in the home. "I met with Mr. McCord and we discussed what I wanted in the dog shed. He explained how by changing the size just a few feet that he could saved me money before with my sizing, he would have a good bit of waste. Also, I didnt want the dogshed built under the trees and , thus, I needed a way to have two opposite sides to be raiseable. This would allow me to regulate the air flow and keep my dogs cool. He also suggested that bringing in dirt and getting the floor of the shed about a foot higher than the surrounding yard would keep theshed dry. He did such a great job! He and his help worked long and during hot October and finished in a short time. i am so pleased with every single thing that they did. They were polite to explain what ever they were working on at that moment. My favorite about the new shed is that Mr. McCord made the north/ south sides with a mechanism that allows me to raise or lower the sides in a matter of minutes with a manuel pulley. *****"

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."
