"I had a new HVAC system installed recently and from the sale io the installation all went well. If I have any questions I call my awesome salesman first. Clayton he is great at what he does very pleasant give you options available to you and listens to your questions and answers them thoroughly. He does not fast talk or try to push you into a purchase. This has happened to me twice in the past and I was not pleased. We decided on a system the awesome team of Colton, Noah and Hunter did my install. I am very happy with my new system and all thank them all for bearing with me. Five Star rating across the board. Owner operated by a disabled veteran. 30 skilled professional craftsmen. Price determined by the job. We strive to complete any kitchen, custom or ordered-in cabinetry installed within 30 days of signing the contract! We also have a Window Division to supply you with all your needs, We also provide Replacement Windows, New Construction windows, Patio doors, Wood Windows, etc. All are Energy Star rated windows.
"Tiles for the shower walls, bench, niche and curb were chipped when cut. Will, the project manager, said they would be covered when grouted. That was not true. Linear floor drain was to be removable but was grouted in. Solution was to remove grout with a box cutter that left the area around the drain look like it was gnawed instead of cut with a tool. The shower head had 3 settings 2 of them were little more than a trickle. The sink faucet was not tightened to the counter. The painter put 2 divots into my walls. If I didn't see him do it they wouldn't have repaired them. They did patch the divots but I know where they are so I see them every time I walk by. Be very careful with Rickey, the project estimator and Will. Both will tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. RNR had decent reviews but now every time I walk into the bathroom I am reminded of the shoddy work that was done. My mistake was to pay them before the job was complete. Keep a close eye on your job."

Home Repair & Maintenance. Free Estimates. Most work can be bid with a price and a proposal. Almost all work is done by me. If I have a helper or subcontractor, I am always present to get them started until the customer is comfortable with them. I only use helpers or subs I use in my home. I do not ask for money until a substantial amount of work is completed, or if there is a high material cost, until the material has been delivered.
"He is excellent and cleans up after he is done. He comes when he says he will come and is very fair with what he charges. I never felt like I had been ripped off. I would highly recommend him and I will continue to use him."

Old insulation should be removed when it shows damage, contamination, or heavy deterioration. If you notice water stains, rodent droppings, mold, or large gaps, plan on taking it out to protect your home’s energy performance and indoor air quality. Removing compromised material eliminates health hazards, cuts energy loss, and sets the stage for a safer, more efficient attic—all while keeping utility bills in check.
R-value measures how well insulation resists heat flow—the higher the number, the better it slows heat transfer. The right R-value keeps your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer, saving energy year-round. Match the rating to your climate zone and have a pro verify performance over time, because moisture or settling can lower R-value and cut efficiency.
Attic insulation can stay in place for 80 to 100 years, but its performance often drops after the first 15. As dust, moisture, or mold build up, the material loses R-value and allows heat to escape. Schedule periodic inspections so a pro can tell you when replacement makes sense—helping you keep energy bills down and indoor comfort up.
You can over-insulate an attic. Beyond the recommended R-value, extra layers don’t add efficiency and can trap moisture, leading to mold or reduced performance. A local insulation pro can measure current levels, confirm the right target for your climate, and advise on any adjustments so you avoid future energy or maintenance headaches.
Insulation can be damaged by mold, pests, water leaks, or accidental electrical contact. When the material is compromised, it loses R-value and can introduce health hazards. Removing and replacing affected sections restores efficiency, while routine inspections from a qualified pro help you catch problems early and keep your attic safe and energy-smart.
