"I had the entire exterior of my home updated, including siding, windows, gutters, and garage door replaced. This company offers several siding options, including vinyl siding and Hardie plank. David's team took the time to explain the siding options and the benefits of each. Shane gave me an estimate on three different options and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase immediately and he gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. They also worked to get me the exact windows I wanted. David stayed in contact while the product was on order and immediately scheduled the install when it arrived. I found his teams professional and reliable. Once the job started, the team worked continuously on my home until complete. David hires experienced people who work efficiently and effectively. And the teams are experts at what they do. He had one team who did the windows, then another to complete the siding, another for the gutters and a final team for the garage door. The job was not complete until I was happy. David did the final walk through himself. I would recommend to anyone and would use again should the need arise."

"An estimator came out and gave us a quote Saturday morning for 7 windows facing west on our home. He offered multiple colors of screen. Something they suggested that other companies did not was different protection for the lower versus the bottom. We have windows upstairs that are not covered by a patio, these used the 90% screens. For the bottom windows that still face west but are slightly covered by the patio, they use a 80% to still let more light into the living area inside. I thought this was a great idea. Screens were installed while we were at work 3 days later, estimated completion time was 2 to 7 days based on the weather forecast for that week. I don't blame for not wanting to be on a roof during serve weather.
The cost was lower than the other 2 estimates I received. I never flt pressured by LSSS like other solar screen companies.
We will be doing the other side of the house next year and will go back to LSSS without question.

"The job done was fair and reasonable. What made the job really acceptable for us in the end was the result of one worker on the team and his high skill level at painting edges and finishing lines where they needed to be--he was really exceptional. The problem was he had to redo or go over the line/edge work some of the other team members had done and was found poor quality."

"Great job real professionals took great care on the install very pleasant workers very pleased."

"Carlos and his crew did an excellent job with refinishing our mahogany front door. It was in terrible shape from sun exposure. They made it look like new again. See before and after pictures attached. Great job masking off the surrounding area and keeping the job site clean as well. Highly recommend - we will use him again!"

"Brad came out and gave me an estimate which was more than competitive with other painting companies and included a warranty. the crew arrived on time, did everything brad said they would and they were very professional. the crew did a great job and made sure we were completely satisfied. they cleaned up after they left. we will have them back when its time to paint the exterior."

"Getting on their schedule was a bit of a struggle. And I was asked to provide the silicone caulking although the "deal" ad stated that materials were included. But they showed up at the agreed time and did a good job. And I am really glad to have it done !"

"Korey Evans, residential roofing, responded to our inquiry in a timely manner. He noted our concerns and carefully evaluated our large roof. Aging shingles with some loss of granules and one area of sagging. Roof was eighteen years old and aging as expected in this area of the country. Hail damage was identified. Cause of sagging was discovered and excellent technical recommendations were made to correct the problem. Price estimate was accurate and satisfied our objective of a quality roof at a fair price. The estimate was competitive with other roofing companies with a reputation for quality. I visited inspected four roofs that Woodlands Roofing had completed within the past year or two and liked what I saw. Our homeowners insurer inspected our roof and agreed with hail damage. The price estimate was in line with our insurer's assessment. Amica Mutual also noted some ceiling damage and recommended it be repaired. We began to feel we were in good hands. The roofing job was carefully done under the supervision of Mr. Evans. His crew was experienced and knew how to do their work. In years past, I have help other family members and friends with their roofing projects. The sagging was properly corrected and should never happen again. The roof looks beautiful and we are well pleased! Mr. Edwards may provide our name as a reference if your project is similar to ours. Cost of project including ceiling repairs were in $24,000 range. There were no surprises or unexpected costs."
