"Poor service repeated poor service. Trying to gaslight me about the cleaning process. I routinely clean with a scrub brush, I wanted a professional clean with the hot steam, and buffer mop, instead, I got what I routinely do a hand job with a scrub brush, and I was told this is equivalent. My grout color is darker than it should be, I am told it is the color I picked WRONG! The bottle was not labeled, and one can see it is the wrong color. Derrick is too busy trying to gaslight me instead of making it right."
