"It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."

The Window Depot specializes in replacement windows, entry and patio doors, siding, and virtually anything homeowners need to upgrade the beauty, value, energy efficiency, and safety of their homes. The Window Depot serves all of Tampa Bay, from Bradenton to St. Pete Beach, Clearwater to New Port Richey, Dade City to Brandon to Riverview, South Tampa to New Tampa to Westchase. "The doors were put in and after 5 hours installation it was noted th left side of the double door was defective and needed to be replaced. After 3 weeks a new section was brought to my house and was found to be defective also. All blamed on manufacturer. After three more weeks, 3rd door section was broght and put in place. Throughout this time it was noted the door handle lever was not working properly and 2 different techs attempted to fix it. Finally Sean said he had a part at home he would bring over the next day. 2 days later I was asked to sign a certificate of completion and I refused twice saying my door was not done yet. I called and complained to Service Finance Co twice and said I would not sign the completion form until my door was fixed. Service Finance put the paperwork through without my signature and now Window Depot is ignoring my texts to repair my door handle. Poor way to do business. I will not recommend this company or the finance company."

Joey sold the windows to us and they were installed not long after , much safer feeling now and the price and professionalism were excellent all through the install. . Joey stayed in touch with us updating though out the whole process . Installation was awesome and the guys cleaned up everything when they were done , removing all the old windows and debris . Nice to see people in business that pride themselves on the job and follow up . Thank you again Joey for all your help and was a pleasure to do business with you . Canâ  t recommend them enough !"
