"My well pump froze after 26 years of service and an inquiry to my previous well service company was not answered. I then reviewed a few companies before contacting Ramiro and discussing options for the replacement. I decided to go with an exact replacement Goulds J10S pump that I acquired and have one of Ramiro's team install it. The scheduling and installation went without a hitch. I am pleased and highly recommend Quality Pump Service."

"I was expecting just a proposal to repair a sump pump under my house. I was pleasantly surprised that Nate would be able to do the repairs that very day. He finished the job, we tested the new system, paid the bill, and the job was done in a little over 3 hours. It rained hard a couple days later and the sump performed perfectly."

"HK&S/Harry did a great job replacing our 75 gallon water heater, expansion tank and recirculating pump. Came on promised day and got the job done efficiently and at agreed upon price. Would recommend."

"I've run a property management company for 10 years. Had guests from out of town, clogged toilets, and an atypical 175 ft long sewer line. I was in a pinch and my regular plumber wasn't available. Hired Ace Star through HomeAdvisor after the first franchise plumber I had out didn't have a long enough snake and then tried to charge me an exorbitant fee for some hydro service to clear the line. No thank you. Johnny was great. Called right away to schedule. Showed up on time. Had the right equipment. Did the job. Didn't make a mess in my yard. Charged a fair price. That's all you can ask for. I'll call him again."

"This was the company I was assigned to with my home warranty. They repaired a toilet pump and hot/cold water valves/ pipes to my washing machine. The company communicated very well and completed the job in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and informative. Highly recommend."

"We had a leaky valve in our backyard that needed to be replaced. There was a bit of confusion about my appointment time but was addressed quickly and the plumber was right on time and replaced the valve quickly and professionally. As far as the cost goes we have no idea if it was reasonable but the job was done well, the estimate was honored and we couldn't have done it ourselves."

"Craig was very professional and timely. He performed the job quickly and professionally. My water heater went out and he was available to replace it right away with no issues. I recommend his company for any plumbing services you need. He was reasonably priced and gave great quality work."

"It ended up all that had to be done was plug in the existing sump pump in the new house we bought, but the service person was very nice and professional, and we weren't charge for the visit. They could have told us it wasn't working and we needed a whole new system, if they were dishonest. I can't speak to their actual installation, since we were lucky enough to not need it, but if we did need a new system I would certainly have them back."

"Carlos is a wonderful professional whom I trust completely and appreciate his workmanship on both the sump pump and interior french drain he completed in my basement. My father who is a contractor was also very impressed by the quality and speed of completion of the project. Carlos is now the plumbing expert I recommend to friends/neighbors in the east bay, and he is on my phone as the person to call for all future plumbing needs."

"Professional, courteous, on time, offered helpful suggestions. Did a great job. Will call again for future plumbing issues."
