He removed a thread from the same kind of carpet in the closet and went to work fixing it. It wasn't cheap, but it was cheaper than a new carpet. "I contacted the company to clean my finished basement, which my dogs had begun to use as a toilet. The fellow showed up an hour earlier than originally anticipated (after calling first), and got to work quickly. We first walked through the room and discussed which areas should be focused on. He moved the (light) furniture to clean the carpet completely, left plastic risers underneath the furniture legs, and also gave me a container of enzyme, should the dogs decide to start again. The only complaint that I had was that the motor in the service van that was running for the duration of the service smelled very badly, and the smell came directly into the house (as the doors had to be open to accommodate the hoses and cords)."

We divided the order into two phases and the designer and I met twice to complete each phase. After the orders were placed, the installer contacted me to set installation appointments. Craig, the installer, was excellent! He noticed that two of the shades weren't wide enough and had taken the measurements and was ready to order the replacement before I had a chance to mention the problem.I am delighted with all the window treatments and will use this Costco service again without hesitation."
