"JOSE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIS COMPANY THROUGH HOMEADVISOR AND CONTINUED TO BE EASY TO GET AHOLD OF TO SCHEDULE THE APPRAISAL. JOSE AND HIS SONS COMPLETED THE WORK IN A DAY AND A HALF, INCLUDING A REPAIR OF MY BRICK FRONT STOOP. EARLY ON DAY 1 THERE WAS AN INTIAL MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TOTAL SCOPE OF TJHE WORK FOR THE NEGOTIATED CASH PRICE, BUT JOSE ACTUALLY ENEDED UP GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW GOOD OUR HOME LOOKS WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND JLF TO OTHERS AND WOULD ASK JOSE TO DO WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE."

"Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. "Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work. We find Gary extremely hard working, friendly and respectful of the home and neighbors. My husband and I highly recommend Pierrtti’s Landfeatures."
