"We had them install an indoor sump pump (including digging the pit and pipes) and some basement walkout drain installation. They did high-quality work and finished quickly. Their price was the best of 5 quotes I received and so the value was high. The only thing that was not perfect was that communication was slow, sometimes they did not respond to texts, but they were good when they responded, and they showed up on time. Overall, 9/10, highly recommend!"

"I recently had an egress window installed in my home by JDS Home Improvement. I purchased the Rockwell Egress Window. This window brings in a lot of natural light and it's just beautiful! Jordan Jones put a hanger inside the cover of the window so I could hang a plant. Jordan,Joshua Jones and all of the work crew were very professional and kind. The quality of the work is superb. I even had a custom closet made that l am very pleased with. The installation of the window was completed in a few days. The staff cleaned up well. Due to the heavy equipment used,part of my lawn was affected. JDS planted grass seed and the grass has already sprouted in just a few days. If it were not for Jordan, this project would not have been possible. It is without reservation that I highly recommend JDS Home Improvement. We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

"I contacted Earth Friendly Services this morning and I immediately received a reply.  Phil contacted me and I asked for a proposal for installing my new light.  He responded and said he would be at my home in about 15 - 20 minutes.  His responsiveness was exact. He arrived in about 15 minutes. I showed him the light fixture and he said it was no problem and he could do it today.  I also asked him if he would also install a new electrical outlet in my foyer and again he said no problem.  Phil installed the light fixture and the electrical outlet that day and he did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and the quality of work was awesome.  I was also very pleased on the price.  I have put Earth Friendly Services number in my phone book and I will sure use them again.  Thanks Phil!

"Summary: Very good quality work at a reasonable price.  Company was generally responsive and was attentive to my inquiries/concerns.
My home needed some improvements when I bought it, including a screened in patio that had its windows removed and boarded over with plywood.  The concrete floor had been covered with indoor carpet, and the area was being used as a bedroom.
Carlos from Long Creek came out for our appointment and gave me an estimate on the spot.  He drew up a contract the next day (a Saturday), which was missing only one thing.  He fixed that and sent a new contract the same evening.  It looked good to me, so he came out Sunday to have me sign.  He measured for new windows either that night or the next day.
The windows came in the following week, and Long Creek called to schedule the work to start the week after that.  Once the team started working, they came almost every weekday until the work was complete (about two weeks).  One or two guys did most of the work, with the tile and electric being done by other guys.  (I believe the electric work was subcontracted.)  Due to the patio being segregated from the house, I did not have to be present for most of the work, except the electric work, which was scheduled accordingly for my day off.
This was the first multi-day job I have had done, so perhaps my expectations were off, but I would have liked to have been kept more informed without having to ask.  (For example, whether the team was coming out the next day, or what would be the next steps.)  However, Carlos was generally very responsive when I called him or texted him.  I think it's okay for both parties to learn what level of interaction is needed, so I don't have any real complaints.
Long Creek immediately addressed the very minor points I raised during the work (paint touch-up and window leveling), and I am very satisfied with the work they did.  The workers were conscientious, friendly, and cleaned up every day.  I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future.
