"My bose lifestyle 48 series lll with the acoustimass 16s. was my baby but it was simply getting to dated and things were starting to not work. But I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted and what would be best for my room and set up. So I called ranger media. And they was absolutely awesome dude. Like they came over after giving me a call and setting up a time that was good for me. They was available pretty much anytime. The owner was very nice and polite. His technician was cool and laid back but knew his stuff. They came out measured the roome and tested the acoustics. Long story short. The prices was outstanding. There is no one cheaper. Not by a long shot. Anyway they recommend a set up based on what I wanted and what i needed. Now I have this bad a** custom system it's a mix of B&W 702, 705, HTM71 S lll and 2 DB4S. "Frontpoint great in selling me my new security monitoring system and they gave me a great discount. I needed to install this system myself and they were also very helpful in helping me when I was making mistakes during installation (guess what? it seems that the numbering of the sensors does matter!). But it is the billing where they are falling short. First of all, you need to keep a credit card on file with them - let's hope that they do a good job at protecting my information. Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

"In my Angie's List search I found that AB Locksmith had a store not far from our home.  Because I wasn't sure what we needed, I took a picture of our door and took it to their location.  The store was light, clean and welcoming and the salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgable.  We agreed on the locks to secure our doors and their workman arrived the next day at the time we arranged.  The workman ended up installing 4 locks with the number of keys we needed and the work was completed in about an hour.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The ability to talk face-to-face with a locksmith expert in their store significantly influenced this evaluation.
