"Never removed old Insulation Prior to installing New Open Cell Soray Foam which was in our Contract. Sprayed over with new Insulation Didnt ventilate which is crucial for it to cure! Did not shut off AC while installing which is also not supposed to be . Mixed off Ratio which caused cross contamination in my home and high VOCs have been smelling it since the install done in late Dec. Of 2025 Have sent emails ..texts and had an Indoor Air Engineers Report with pics thermal scans etc of how bad the job was done. It has to all be removed.. I told the contractor this since December but hes ignoring me Wrote better business bureau. He ignored that as well. I wouldnt recommend this Contractor . "
