"We had to install Carbon Fiber straps along two of our basement walls due to hydrostatic pressure causing the walls to bow inward. JES came out and did the initial inspection free of charge. They sat down with me and provided helpful context into what the issue was and how the solution would help. They got the permits within a few weeks and promptly scheduled a date to begin. The workers were Foreman Jaime Castillo and crew member Jaime Salas. Both were professional and effective. They completed the installtion withing the scheduled 3-day window and cleaned up after their work. They took extra care when tearing down our drywall to do minimal damage and keep a clean workspace. It has only been a few weeks snce the constuction completed, so I cannot speak to the long term effectiveness of the solution as of yet. What I can say was that JES was profesisonal, effective, timely, and did some price-matching when I compared quotes from other companies. I would recommend them for your basement needs."

"JDS is a fantastic company and a pleasure to work with. Jordan, the owner, came to my house to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He was very detailed and honest in his assessment. He made various recommendations that substantially improved the setup of the systems, including some that helped reduce costs. A few days before the job was to start, I had to re-schedule due to unrelated reasons. Jordan was able to reshuffle his schedule to be able to accommodate my new timeframe. His crew was always punctual, clean, and respectful of my house. They worked very efficiently and were able to complete the job in under a week. We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

"I contacted Earth Friendly Services this morning and I immediately received a reply.  Phil contacted me and I asked for a proposal for installing my new light.  He responded and said he would be at my home in about 15 - 20 minutes.  His responsiveness was exact.
