I had purchased the wrong kind of thermostat for my wall heaters so Scott went to Home Depot to make the exchange and even brought me back a $2.35 refund. I asked him to keep the change but he wouldn't. If I had purchased the right thermostat Scott would have been done well within the allotted 2 hours. Since he had to go to Home Depot in Bellevue morning traffic it did add extra time. I gladly paid $40 extra. Scott was very personable and I have already sent his contact information to friends that might need handyman services in the future. <br />"

It took a bit longer than we (and they) had originally anticipated, but that is not a surprise in a remodel of the scale we were doing. They were very good about finding solutions to problems that popped up from time to time as a result of the surprises that older houses provide. They also helped manage the cost and avoid waste by taking the old kitchen cabinets, refurbishing them, and installing them in the laundry room, that lacked cabinet space.
