He said it was the heating element but that there wasn't a replacement part in stock and it would need to be ordered.  I called once or twice after that inquiring about the progress of when he would be back to fix it, but my call wasn't answered.  Finally, a week later he came back to get it fixed.  Once he got here, the did a great job and the part was replaced. He had to pull the dish washer out from under the counter, and it leaked some water but he cleaned up the mess and so it wasn't a problem.  He was very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable about the dish washer and did a great job and the dish washer works fine. <br />"
