They were very careful not to damage my house or the new ovens while bringing them into the house. After installation, Rafael tested the ovens to make sure everything worked. Before they left, they cleaned up and took away all the packing materials. Rafael did a great job, and I will use him again and recommend him to anyone."

"The dealer recommended that I contact Mr. Appliance to repair the oven. Over the course of a month I made numerous phone calls, they came out to the house twice and the part was not ordered when it should have been ordered. The first visit was cancelled by them with no notice and rescheduled after I took off of work to meet them. After waiting three weeks, Mr. Appliance apologized for the mistake on not ordering my part and got it ordered. I was charged for two service calls and they never did fix the oven or identify the issue. The part that was ordered was not needed and was returned."

"The guy who came to repair the washer should’ve let us know that it was not worth repairing. He spent three hours taking the machine apart and then after payment of $300 for parts we needed another part @ $100. I finally asked him if we should just buy a new machine, (I should’ve done my research.) So...$285 for labor, money out the window. He should’ve been honest upfront, that is why I cannot recommend them."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
