After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. Over the course of a month I made numerous phone calls, they came out to the house twice and the part was not ordered when it should have been ordered. The first visit was cancelled by them with no notice and rescheduled after I took off of work to meet them. I was charged for two service calls and they never did fix the oven or identify the issue. The part that was ordered was not needed and was returned."
