"Estimate, planning and execution were good, and the crew worked well to make it least disturbing to us during the work time. Pricing is not the lowest but more in the mid range. Laminate brands listed on their website are not what are offered actually, which surprised us. They primarily use local brands, and the finished work looks very good and much like real wood. Follow up has been just okay, as the checkup after the.job was completed hasn’t happened yet after two months. Maybe too busy with new projects. Will wait and see for their follow up call."

"Alex performed the work in a timely manner. My wood floor, however, has many cracks in sealant. When the wood floor was stripped, sanded, and resealed the A/C had been off for a month. After turning on the A/C for several weeks, the floor contracted leaving many gaps. I'm pretty sure this is not the fault of Alex but I would advise other persons to consider this problem when hiring someone to refinish wood floors."
