"I contacted the Cheerful Chimney Sweep company because the chimney on my house was inspected and needed repairs and or replacement. They removed the deteriorating chimney from my roof, installed a sleeve through the remaining brick chimney in my house, reconnected the furnace and hot water heater to the new service, installed new roofing around the new chimney and much, much more. They even performed this job on a Sunday. They were a wonderful group of 3 people and I really enjoyed having them around. I was sad to see them leave when the job was through! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! <br />"

"They did a good job. They came out pretty much when they say they would and they did get it done. I found them from Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews but the thing that I didn't like was he said that it would only take like a day or two and it sounds like he didn't communicate well. The first time I called they didn't call me back and I tried to contacted them through the e-mail from Angie's List and the owner that comes checked that out really quick. So he came, he check and saw that I e-mailed and I talked to one of his workers between that. He got right back to me as soon as he got involved. He got the estimate and we talked about the job. They came out here and they ended up working week and what it sounds like was however he delegated the job, he didn't delegate enough people for the job that needed to get done. It rained when they are in the middle of working and they covered my porch roof but it leaked a little bit. It didn't turn out that anything was really injured, they really felt sorry about that and offered to do anything that I needed to to make it right. I got my job done and got it done well but there were definitely some glitches. They cleaned up nicely. The employees were nice and the employee that was on site felt terrible, he felt that it was taking so long for it to go through, he felt that he must calculated and I guess what happened was he had ordered the roofing for the porch and it was suppose to be delivered but our delivery time was off. He felt like it can get it done before the rain comes but then because it wasn't delivered on time he was not able to do that and got into trouble. Then the owner came out to find out what was going on, he's going 'Oh my God, we really didn't put enough people on this job which the guy actually out here didn't say all along', but generally they were professional group and they know what they were doing."

"He was there before the appointed time. He cleaned, adjusted the grate and controls. He explained the whole fireplace process more thorough than the people who sold it to us. He was extremely diligent about cleaning up after himself and not bringing in snow from outside. His price is what was quoted over the phone. He left us with a document that the fireplace was working for when we sell our house later on in the year. <br /> What a great job! <br />"

I got into a bind with my satellite provider, and it had to be moved. They were very patient through all of that. They always knocked on the door to let me know that they were there to work each morning. They took special care to make me feel comfortable. They cleaned up so well after themselves, and raked up every little piece of shingle. They price was reasonable, and he guarantees the work for life."

He worked along side our insurance company to make sure everything was covered after we had hail damage to our roof and gutters. "Carl came and surveyed the situation and assured me that he could repair the damaged areas of my sheet vinyl flooring with the extra material that I had on hand. He asked for a down payment of 10% and then went to pick up the materials needed to repair the floor. He returned the next day and did a great job of removing the damaged areas and replacing them with an exact fit with pieces he cut out from my extra material. After gluing them in, you could not see where he had done the work. It looked perfect. It had to set for 24 hours. He came back the next day and sealed the seams. Again, it takes 24 hours to set. He came back on the third day and removed my rubber floor molding. It was tricky as I have wallpaper butting the molding. He removed the old molding without any damage to the wallpaper. I was extremely happy about that. He then purchased the wood replacement moldings and did a very good job on installing it. I was very pleased with his work. He has all the tools and talent to probably handle any job needed around the house. I am thinking of hiring him to refinish my living room hardwood floors in the spring."
