"It went as well as I would have expected, which is perfectly (I always expect perfection). We have about 840 sq feet of stone floor with extremely dirty grout lines. AGS came in and cleaned the floor and that got the grout back to about half good and then they stained the grout lines and that brought back the original color and the floor is gorgeous. We are really pleased. It was pretty expensive, but the guy spent four days doing it and the result is oh so worth it. We have our new floor back!"

He asked if I had any questions about the items he estimated or the services that would be performed.  Didier the technician was very professional doing the work and had tools to make sure that the long hose from his van through my home didn't mark up the walls.  He was very methodical and paced himself to ensure that the work was done completely and thoroughly. <br /> Once finished, I was given printed information on what action to take (if any) to keep each of the items optimally clean and, if necessary, to call if there were any issues or dissatisfaction.
