"Greg was a lifesaver. I decided to move from New Jersey to Kentucky and it was overwhelming. Greg took charge. I needed some items to be disposed of from a storage unit. He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. He drove my belongings to Kentucky and unloaded them all. My next plan is to build a house here and I’m 100% highing Greg to do the job. He’s highly skilled in all areas of renovations and construction, I’ve seen his work, he truly cares and is an expert in all areas and he goes above to make sure that you feel comfortable in all steps of the way. "This individual approached us at a Home Depot offering his services for minor projects around our home. Over the course of one week, this individual failed to finish the one project he managed to start and caused damage to our home that required us to reach out to a professional to have fixed. Generally he was inconsistent, not punctual, and unprofessional. He would show up late and leave after an hour of work. He would take extended breaks and nothing would be done when he would finish for the day. The little work that he managed to complete was poorly done. He would give sob stories about why he could not finish a task that did not make sense and when we decided we no longer wanted to continue using him and requested a refund he refused and told us he didn't have the money. Unfortunately, we did not learn until it was too late that he has a previous complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I believe this individual is a scammer as he goes by different names (Norman, Norvan, Nirvan) and showed us doctored reviews from a profile that no longer exists. Beware of this individual at all costs."

"Fool me twice, shame on me. Once upon a time, I purchased a front entryway door from North Jersey Door Center. That process was pretty good but had some hitches along the way. Based upon that initial encounter, I decided to have NJDC supply a set of interior doors for our basement finishing. This was delayed somewhat yet overall went well. When we wanted a couple more doors, that's when things went awry and the faults of this company were soon exposed. NJDC makes promises that they cannot keep. The said they could work out a custom door for me. They did not follow through on this in any sort of timely manner, regardless of email or phone or, even, in-person communication. They literally disappeared. I visited their showroom in person after-work to see if they meant what they said/promised initially. They stated, "I was the next person on the list", but then nothing sadly. I had to look for other alternatives for my door. Most people simply want a brief communication and follow-through on their business relationships. This is the second time I was burned by this company. It will be the last, unfortunately, and I must warn others to possibly expect the same."

"I went to get a quote in August for shower doors. I met with Katie and she was helpful with giving me some ideas and quoted me pricing for sliding doors and hinged doors in oil rubbed bronze. I did my part in shopping for 2 other quotes but the quality, professionalism and flexibility was beyond any other company. Even though they are a bit pricier than other companies it is well worth it for the quality you receive. Upon installation, the gentlemen that came were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job in placing my new shower doors and giving me instruction on how to care for the new doors. I will definitely use them again when I re-do my boys bathroom."
