"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great! Xterior Solutions completed the work as promised, and were very easy to work with at each step in the process."

The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

"Overall the experience was much better than expected. The initial call was quickly returned. A professional quote was received via email along with a Certificate Of Insurance. The job was completed with no visible signs they were here... except it rained very heavily that night and the roof did not leak. LOL! I received an Invoice via email the next day and promptly paid via snail mail this morning."
