"I thought they were great, I was really happy with them.  They were good because I had it estimated by somebody else for $800 and they were $500.  I thought that the guy was really nice.  He really listened to me about what I needed with the inside valves, since where they were located it was not working for me.  So he tried to replace them.  Now I have to get on to a ladder to turn them off, but before I had to get on the ladder and craw through a crawl space so he did something to make them more accessible to me and I felt like he really listened to me and wanted to make it right.  He did tell me that he had a little bit of trouble cutting through the board that they have on the ceiling and he said he was not sure how it was going to look when he was done.  It does look awful and I can get up there and fix it.  But I would have preferred had it looked better."

I had no idea what to do so i remembered getting a card for Flexible Plumbing so i gave them a call the guys that came out made me feel so much better ,their explanation of the problem and they went right to work and even though it was the end of they day they stayed and did everything they could and i didnt believe it but when they left i had water. turned out my well pump went bad they were the nicest guys i ever had work at my home i would recommend them to anyone i know!
