"Greg was a lifesaver. I decided to move from New Jersey to Kentucky and it was overwhelming. Greg took charge. I needed some items to be disposed of from a storage unit. He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. "Fool me twice, shame on me. Once upon a time, I purchased a front entryway door from North Jersey Door Center. That process was pretty good but had some hitches along the way. Based upon that initial encounter, I decided to have NJDC supply a set of interior doors for our basement finishing. This was delayed somewhat yet overall went well. When we wanted a couple more doors, that's when things went awry and the faults of this company were soon exposed. NJDC makes promises that they cannot keep. The said they could work out a custom door for me. They did not follow through on this in any sort of timely manner, regardless of email or phone or, even, in-person communication. They literally disappeared. I visited their showroom in person after-work to see if they meant what they said/promised initially. They stated, "I was the next person on the list", but then nothing sadly. I had to look for other alternatives for my door. Most people simply want a brief communication and follow-through on their business relationships. This is the second time I was burned by this company. It will be the last, unfortunately, and I must warn others to possibly expect the same."

"This individual approached us at a Home Depot offering his services for minor projects around our home. Over the course of one week, this individual failed to finish the one project he managed to start and caused damage to our home that required us to reach out to a professional to have fixed. Generally he was inconsistent, not punctual, and unprofessional. He would show up late and leave after an hour of work. He would take extended breaks and nothing would be done when he would finish for the day. The little work that he managed to complete was poorly done. He would give sob stories about why he could not finish a task that did not make sense and when we decided we no longer wanted to continue using him and requested a refund he refused and told us he didn't have the money. Unfortunately, we did not learn until it was too late that he has a previous complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I believe this individual is a scammer as he goes by different names (Norman, Norvan, Nirvan) and showed us doctored reviews from a profile that no longer exists. Beware of this individual at all costs."

"This review is on a job that was done 9 years ago. Please take this into consideration and read. We did a total re-model of a master bath. Over the past 9 years, we have had numerous problems, mostly with tile having to be replaced because of a poor job and cut corners on the installation. Have had numerous tiles replace and water damage because of of this installation. We have now found out that the installation of our shower unit, which is digital, was installed backwards and we will now incur thousands of dollars of repairs. The unit is from Moen and we confirmed with them that the plumbing and installation was done wrong. We also had a major flood from the bathroom sink caused by cheap hardware used by AD in the installation of the bathroom sink. If you decide to hire this company, just keep my experience in mind. Your problems may not be visible or noticeable till years later."
