"JOSE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIS COMPANY THROUGH HOMEADVISOR AND CONTINUED TO BE EASY TO GET AHOLD OF TO SCHEDULE THE APPRAISAL. JOSE AND HIS SONS COMPLETED THE WORK IN A DAY AND A HALF, INCLUDING A REPAIR OF MY BRICK FRONT STOOP. EARLY ON DAY 1 THERE WAS AN INTIAL MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TOTAL SCOPE OF TJHE WORK FOR THE NEGOTIATED CASH PRICE, BUT JOSE ACTUALLY ENEDED UP GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW GOOD OUR HOME LOOKS WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND JLF TO OTHERS AND WOULD ASK JOSE TO DO WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE."

"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. "Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. Bonus: they took care of a few details I didn't expect like the steps to a side door (see photos) and repairing a few loose stones elsewhere. We will hire again."

"Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work. We find Gary extremely hard working, friendly and respectful of the home and neighbors. My husband and I highly recommend Pierrtti’s Landfeatures."

"Excellent. A crew of 3 worked from 7AM to 6:30PM. Removed the old concrete, did all work as explained in the estimate and cleaned up the work area before leaving, all in the same day. We were very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend them to our friends."
