JOSE AND HIS SONS COMPLETED THE WORK IN A DAY AND A HALF, INCLUDING A REPAIR OF MY BRICK FRONT STOOP. EARLY ON DAY 1 THERE WAS AN INTIAL MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TOTAL SCOPE OF TJHE WORK FOR THE NEGOTIATED CASH PRICE, BUT JOSE ACTUALLY ENEDED UP GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. "Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). "Had to replace some rotting 4x6 framing timbers for brick steps leading up to our pool. Tried to do it myself but after discovering how solidly and intricatly built (lag screws, angle iron, mortar and brick) the original walkway was, decided I was getting in over my head and found Pieretti's here on AL. Owner Gary Pieretti gave us a great response (1-2 days to making a visit), especially for such a small job, and then did the work 5 days later. The work took him about 2-3 hours and is really well done. He had quoted up to $300 (not knowing what he would encounter with buried timbers and what not) but he billed us only $100, which we thought was VERY fair. We will definitely be using Pieretti's Landfeatures again (and for much bigger jobs!). Thanks Gary!"

"How many stars can I give? I am extremely satisfied with the work and this company. From the initial contact to the final clean-up and later sealing it was quality work done with high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. They worked to my specifications on shaping some curved sections and even suggested that a small landing step I had requested was not necessary. They were correct. Glad i trusted their judgement. A four man crew was on time (early) on each day, and worked through two if the most brutal days of the summer in intense sunlight with heat index near or over 100. At the end they cleaned so it looked as if they had not been there-except for an attractive new addition. The crew itself was great-answered my questions, thought about my suggestions, explained all steps in the process. The concrete used is high quality-4000 psi in compressive strength, 5 in and 4 in thickness (area specific) and rebar and wire mesh reinforced on a 5-8 in bed of compacted stone. Having wet the new pad over several days it is pitched perfectly for water run-off. Working with contractors is not always easy. This was a pleasure. I expect to enjoy the benefits of new area for many years. Their non cracking guarantee is great. A quality company that I highly recommend."
