I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. "Had LHI Painting Fox our basement after a blown water heater destroyed most of it while we were on vacation. I contacted LHI to do remediation work on the basement after it’s gotten flooded. They dispatched a Bagster bag dumpster and quickly demoed all of the compromised molded drywall and insulation. They then replaced 3 rotten studs, replaced drywall, sanded everything without making a lot of dust and painted the basement in its entirety including the floor. Their lines were crisp and they worked clean. I recommend them. They are good painters."
