The sales representatives made promises they should not have and submitted incorrect work orders, which resulted in a crew arriving on-site without the proper knowledge, tools, or materials to complete the job. The production coordinator, instead of resolving the issue, appeared more focused on flexing authority than serving the customer?ultimately making the situation worse. In the end, their actions forced the project manager to spend unnecessary time and energy just to ensure Home ?Genius? met their contractual obligations. For that, I give credit to Jonathan, and I am deeply appreciative of the installation team for their hard work. Recommendation: Consumers should avoid using Home ?Genius.? If I could rate them lower than one star, I would."

Even though my property was 30 miles away, Jessie was there 9 am sharp the next morning. Now that is dedication to your customer if I say so!!! GREAT JOB! They took care of the entire lawn. Even being extra careful around the many obstacles and even a fountain in the back yard. They took the time to do the job right! I will be calling again! Make sure you book him today. He is coming back next week to power wash my house as well. "
