"the one thing in life that you need, is a good auto mechanic, a good dentist, and a great heater and air conditioning guy I had another company come out and look at my failing central air unit. they said that it would cost me $850 to find the puron leak. They also quoted me a replacement cost of over $7000 for the furnace and air unit. I had steve,( who is also the owner of his business), come out to give me a quote on total replacement. I was impressed with his knowledge of his trade. He didn,t treat me like a moron about airconditioning. The 1st thing he noticed was the obvious leak that was a loose valve that the other guy either did,nt notice, or led me to believe that I needed a whole new system. Steve could,ve lead me down the same path, but, his honesty impressed me. He fixed the leak, and the unit works great. Steve, you are the man! You will be the air and heater guy that I go to for the rest of the time I am in my house. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.

The workers were professional, friendly, and thorough. The installation was the day after July 5th on the July 4th weekend and the company worked us in during a heat wave when we desperately needed air conditioning.
Because babies and the elderly are especially prone to heat related problems the owner of the company was sensitive to our needs.
His workers stayed until 11:30 pm finishing the job after starting early in the morning.
The workers patiently explained how to operate the system and cleaned up well after the job was done.
