"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "These guys have best rating for a reason. Hiring contractor is always a headache and I always nervous about it, but Jim Rhubart Roofing (namely Munz Roofing) did such a great job repairing my wooden siding! And best part whole process completely stress free. They didn't charge a penny in advance, they called scheduled appointment and told me I didn't even have to be home for the whole project. This was great because I was away for weekend. They brought materials, then came to install them next day. When I got back everything was done and better than new. Then they sent me bill next day and i was happy to pay it. It was extremely fair price too (I got several contracts who wanted 3x more for the same job). I'll be be using them in the future for sure!"

"Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!! A PHR REP came to the house and sold us 4 windows. The installation was scheduled for a few months out. When they came to install, they measured wrong and we ended up having to purchase another window. They brought in damage control to assess and offer a lower rate on additional windows. We had to purchase MORE windows in order for them to rectify THEIR mistake and they masked it behind a deal for us. We took the bait. What a mistake. We replaced all of our windows and a door. AGAIN scheduled for months out. They barely communicated with us on their appt times and showed up several times without notice. The second installers were sloppy, the broke light fixtures in our home, left trash everywhere, and didn't clean up nails in my 2 year olds room. After about a month or so we found that all of our NEW windows had to have the sashes replaced. And the blinds built into our door broke. The whole door needs to be REPLACED. that was 15 windows and a door. After calling several times, emailing, and finally talking with a manager I was told "what do you want me to do, we sold you a lifetime warranty!" A lifetime warranty on a product that is less than 4 months old with almost every piece needing to be replaced. Still waiting on some of the replacements and it's been 9 months. They do not care about this customer, and I've since been told by other ppl who used them that they are awful."
