"they were very prompt and professional to visit and do the free estimate. They took a bit longer than anticipated to build the fence, and the sales person completely detached from me once the contract was signed. There was no follow up from him or the company as of the status of the installation unless I initiated it with a phone call. They gave me a day's notice as I requested, but I think I only knew they were coming because I asked.
The day of the job, two men showed up, but a couple hours later I realized there was only one man working. I came out to bring him water and found out the other person was only there to help deliver the material, but he would be working alone because his assistant was hurt on a job recently and is not back yet. For this reason he took a day and a half to finish (which I think was remarkable), but he said under normal circumstances they would have been done in a day for sure.
The gentleman was attentive, courteous, and certainly a hard worker. 
When he finished, there was a lot more lose dirt around the site than I anticipated, but I have to assume that if two people were working, the site would have been left much cleaner, so I don't hold this against him. Overall, I think he did an excellent job. The fence is very straight and looks very neat. They used stainless steel on the gate locks for durability, which is a plus. 
I got a quote from another company for this same job, and a third one that I made an appointment with never showed up for the estimate. SFR offered a competitive price against the other, about $400 less. I am not overly excited and impressed by their customer service, but I would hire them again if I needed this type of service.

"Excellent experience for what I was prepared to be a disaster. I was sent a text as the crew entered the neighborhood so that I could ensure the dogs were crates. This is something Iâ d asked if the other companies that offered estimates, and All Around Railings and Fences is the only one that did. The crew not only started on-time, they started early - Iâ d told them how important it was to me to get the fence done due to the dogs. The crew asked me questions as they went to ensure I received the exact product I wanted. They communicated regularly to provide updates of progress and obstacles. They also built the fence board by board rather than using the pre-made panels. This allowed them to match the fence to my yards topography. The lines look clean. "The company is awesome. From the initial bid to placing the last window, all employees were courteous and professional. Watching the men remove and install each window was like watching a ballet in motion. With very few words the men synchronized their motions to effortlessly remove and install the windows. We noticed a crack in one of the window edges, sent a picture to Barb (Vice-president) who ordered a new window for us the same day she received the picture. The entire staff was quite attentive to all of our needs. We are very pleased for all that was done for us and would definitely recommend them to others
