Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down. "Using Angie's List of carpet installers/repairors, I sorted the list by proximity to by residence. There was one clear "A" performer with a statistically significant enough count of feedback. I mean this company had "A's" in every category, with nothing but great feedback. For a small job like mine, I had to call them. When I called, the response on the other side was very professional and cordial. It was terrific to hear that Mr. Rivers would be able to stop by today, and that a check with him would allow a more specific time. Mr. Rivers stopped by that evening and explained how the repair would yield excellent results. We agreed on a price (very reasonable, and I know prices), date, and time for the same week. He returned as promised, and though the job was relatively a small one for carpet professionals, he applied the appropriate time and care to ensure excellent results!
