"Eric's crew is fantastic! They replaced our steep, 30-square-ish roof this week, and despite unpredictable weather (Who schedules a roof replacement in late November/December? Me, apparently.), they knocked it out in less that two days! The crew wrapped up yesterday, and Eric stopped by today to do a final sweep for rogue nails. Fisher Exterior Solutions was actually the last company we interviewed out of five total. After being swindled, no-showed, and disappointed, we are so glad we scheduled one additional consultation! Other companies were sketchy about pricing and/or wasted our time via either some ridiculous 4-hour-let-me-call-my-boss-to-see-if-we-can-offer-any-other-discounts marketing production or failing to show up for 2+ hours after scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. Eric was right on time for our appointment, got straight to the point explaining the products that would be used (and why), and provided a straightforward price - no pressure or sales gimmicks. He knows his stuff and was happy to answer any questions with a clear answer. He even left a handful of sample boards with us to help is choose a shingle color. Their pricing was very reasonable and within the range we expected. A couple others were suspiciously low, and one was TWICE what we were quoted by Fisher. Eric kept us up to date prior to and during the project, including photos and updates at the end of each day. He was a pleasure to work with, and his crew was friendly and respectful. Our final invoice was right on par with the quote we recieved. What more can you ask for?! We are super happy with the whole experience and would recommend Eric's company to anyone!"

Mike, the company's owner at JRD, was very down to earth and helpful, explained our options with out trying to oversell anything. He immediately returned calls and addressed any concerns on the spot. It was a very challenging project with canterlevered supports needing replacement, a deck with various heights that needed railings installed in a completely custom made way. Truly impressive! "I had contacted several places that I had used over the years that could maybe help....all were swamped or didn't get back with me. I took to Angie's List and had a delightful experience at Roofs and More with the clerical staff that took my phone call. She called back in a timely manner and told me that Jake would be out to repair or assess based on what he found within 24 hours. 
 On Tuesday, Jake showed up, and quickly and efficiently assessed and repaired the hole in the barn roof. With that, he pointed out some weaknesses in the 40 year old pole barn roof and made some suggestions. His repair was very reasonable and well worth no snow scene in the barn :)  .  
Took him up on the replacement and repair of the other 3 large skylight panels in the roof which currently have brittle and yellowed fiberglass panels that will be the next victims of bad weather. Strong explanation as to why I might want to consider the upgrade to snug up the barn roof and replace the skylight panels as well as paint the steel roof which is aged to be void of any paint. Reasonable price and good on the spot estimate. Yes, yes, yes.
Really impressed with Jake and his company. Gave him my list of "extra" things like paint the barn (as we were now going to paint the roof)  and he said he'd get back with me after working up some numbers. 
Like this guy, like his business model, and he just may have earned my complete loyality as we progress beyond just the "roof".
