Not only does he walk you through every step, but he explains in detail how to maintain the area to avoid future excessive repairs. Has a lot of experience with stucco repair and maintenance from previously living and working in humid/hot/wet Miami. He found the root of the moisture issue that was causing a swath of my exterior stucco to come loose, and he meticulously replaced and primed/waterproofed the wood, wire mesh, and stucco, and his team painted the exterior portions without even a single stray drop on the driveway. Would recommend in a heartbeat."

They showed up when they said, did what they said, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.I can't say enough good about them! it took a few years for me to work up the courage to hire someone to take on this job and SO glad I found Mark. It turned out the damage was far worse than we thought. Turned out they had to even fix part of the roof which had a hole in it that we didn't know about. Mark replaced over half the floor all the way down to the dirt, literally. The wall was completely replaced and made to match in with the other walls. Part of the ceiling was replaced once the roof was repaired and you can't even tell anything was ever wrong. Once all done, he put down brand new flooring, painted the walls, put in a new door, new light cover and new electric covers. I can't believe this room is in my house!
