We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. That is okay with us. If you are okay with your kitchen's layout and the cabinet frames are okay, then this is the way to go."

"I am very, very happy with the beautiful job that Signature KB did in remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. Linda did a superb job at helping me design and visualize my project, sending me to great places, coming up with suggestion after suggestion when I was unsure of my options. Their choices for cabinets, hardware, faucets, countertop materials and the like were endless and I was very happy with where Linda sent me to pick out my appliances and granite. The contractor with which Linda worked, Thacker Construction, was very good, and very timely once the counter tops were ready to be installed. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to all 5 is that I had no idea that touch-up painting was not included. There were a lot of places where the wall that was newly exposed or created was either bare or had previous wall color/coverings, and I did not realize that the job was considered "completed" without the considerable amount of painting that needed to be done. I did suggest to Linda that that fact be shared with the client early on, so that no one is taken by surprise and left to their own devises! Other than that, I am entirely pleased and love living in and showing off my newly remodeled rooms!"

"Based on reviews from Angie's List Reliable Handyman Services was one of a few handyman companies I contacted to replace a bathroom vanity, countertop, faucet and medicine cabinet. He was one of the first to return my call, carefully explained his rates and how he billed time and materials as well as the estimate. C.W. Riehlman is the proprietor and sole "employee". His was one of the few companies available within the time frame I needed to have the work done. Although he said he had to complete another job before he was to come over he gave me an exact date and time and was right on time. I was impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and cleanliness right off the bat. Considerate of my time and costs, he got right to work. He consulted with me on exactly how I wanted it done, made a few excellent recommendations including the suggestion that I replace the old metal drain plumbing with new PVC which he volunteered to pick up at lunch and install. He was friendly and very customer oriented. He installed everything perfectly and well under his estimate. The following day I called him to help with a problem I was having with a junction box when trying to install a new light fixture. He patiently listened, suggested I re-tap the junction box screws but honestly explained he wouldn't have felt competent to replace the junction box if that what was required. I greatly appreciated his time and honesty.
Overall, I could not have been more pleased with his work and way of doing business. I will definitely use him again in the future.
