"Real Good Roofing made our roof repair and skylight replacement stress-free. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, and performed the work quickly and professionally. Everyone we dealt with, from the office to the consultation to the repair and installation, was very friendly, responsive, and helpful in answering all our questions and providing a lot of useful information. We are very happy with the work they did on both our roof and our new skylights, and won't hesitate to call them again!"

"Great company to hire to do your roofing job. They were able to replace my roof within one day."

"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. Will definitely use Southern Signature Solutions in the future for other Home Projects!! Wonderful Customer Service! Thank You Mr. Greg Carter And Crew!! MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!"

"I contacted Affordable Roofing because rain water was leaking into my house through my dryer vent. I also needed someone to replace a set of second floor window shutters. The roofer was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He identified the issue and explained the procedures for resolving it. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price quoted prior to performing the task was the price I paid. I will recommend Affordable Roofing and Angie’s list to my family and friends. M. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"I was very satisfied with the services. I would highly recommend and will have the company back again this summer to replace the roof on my rental houses."

"Luis, the owner, is great to work with. His installers (Mike and Dillon) are equally as great. They have a very good product and their service and attention to detail is top notch."
