"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. I was very relived that I was not facing a large repair bill and now I continue with installing new flooring."

Secondly the price was honest and competative with a great warranty. Foundation work is messy and the had to dig in my flower beds and put everything back as they found it. Justin didnt try to sell me anything more than what was needed to correct the foundation. The bid for the job was what we owed at the end nothing added. Company has integrity and great customer service. The office personnel go above and beyond to help you. They even helped recommend a good plumbing service to fix the plumbing under the house.
